Verified reviewers
Carriers verify by MC/DOT number or business email before their reviews count toward broker scores.
Automated fraud detection
Every submission is scanned for duplicate text, suspicious IP patterns, brand-new accounts, and coordinated activity.
Community reporting
Anyone can flag a review. Reports are queued for human moderators on the admin dashboard.
Right of reply
Claimed brokers can publicly respond to any review on their profile, free of charge.
Dispute process
- A claimed broker flags a review they believe is inaccurate.
- BrokerTell requests evidence from both parties (load confirmation, rate confirmation, payment record).
- A moderator reviews within 5 business days and either keeps, edits, or removes the review.
- Both parties are notified of the outcome.
