By accessing BrokerTell ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to post on behalf of any carrier, shipper, or broker you reference.

3. User content

Reviews must be truthful and based on first-hand experience. You retain ownership of content you post but grant BrokerTell a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Fake, paid, or coerced reviews
• Harassment, defamation, or doxxing
• Automated scraping or impersonation

5. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

BrokerTell is provided "as is." Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not BrokerTell.
